I'm no artist which is why I like tools that help me to create graphics.

For the purposes of this review, I opened up an old photo of
my Dad and applied some of the various graphical effects. Voila! In seconds I
had several artistic variations of the original photo, and I looked like I'd
been studying painting for years!
