I like tools that make my life easier -- especially graphic tools that save
me time and effort. I've reviewed button creation tools in the past, but AlphaButton
is different enough for me to review it.
AlphaButton
is a point-and-click, WYSIWYG button creation tool that comes with a large
gallery of ready-made button templates. Using them, you can change the text,
color, size and other settings within seconds.

AlphaButton
also creates multi-state buttons with no additional effort. Mouse over, mouse
down, mouse hover are all possible.

AlphaButton
also previews your creations in a browser so you can see how they will look in
a horizontal and vertical navigation bar as well as test their multi-state
look and feel.
I tested AlphaButton
on a 450 Mhz Pentium 3 system with 256 MB RAM. It ran a little slow at
times, but I do have some things running in the background. However, you may
need some additional RAM to recognize its full benefits. I found AlphaButton
to be an invaluable addition to my design tools, and recommend you check it
out here.
