Adding audio to your web site is ALL the rage right now. Some audio
recording services enable you to create your recorded messages through a
toll-free phone number (Audio Generator)
while others will enable you to create your own Flash audio buttons (Audio
Maker Pro) and add royalty free background music (Front
and Back Music), but none of these tools actually offer you an
integrated tool to create audio recordings on your PC.

Recorder from CooolSoft is a great tool for recording MP3 files for
this very purpose. It is extremely simple to use and the recordings I created
were very crisp and clear.
It couldn't get any easier to use. You plug your microphone into your sound
card and launch MP3
Recorder. Click on the Rec button and start talking. Click Stop to
stop recording. You can even start recording from the end position and pickup
where you left off. A nice feature.
You can create either MP3 or WAV files, and you change the sampling and bit
rate with a mouse click.
You can even set auto-start and auto-file naming options. MP3
