The BeOS supports accessing Macintosh HFS volumes. You can simply mount a Mac floppy or hard drive and copy files to and from your BeOS (Be File System) hard drive, just as you would use any other volume mounted on your BeOS system (e.g., drag them in the Tracker, using cp from the command line in Terminal, etc.).
Note: The Be File System is more feature rich than the Mac OS File System so if you copy a file from a BeOS drive to a Mac OS drive you may sacrifice capabilities. One example is that the Be File System allows file names as long as 255 characters, compared to the current Mac OS limit of 31 characters.
