No. These are not primary processor cards, that is, they are not the CPU for your computer, but instead a dedicated processor card that can be accessed by specially-written software.
You don't upgrade your main CPU with this card, it allows you to add secondary processors to your system. The BeOS runs on the primary processor(s) only, and so won't work, or at least will not run on the processors on this card.
If TotalImpact wants to make their programming libraries available for the BeOS, developers could write software which accessed the secondary processors. That would be great, and we'll be delighted to assist TotalImpact, but there is no way to make the BeOS actually run on these cards.
