Why doesn't my 3Com 3c905B Ethernet card work? |

As it turns out, 3Com makes two Ethernet cards with very similar model numbers, the 3c905 and the 3c905B. The cards are basically similar in the basic features, though the "B" card is more modern and does support more advanced features.
BeOS Release 4 supports both versions of this card; you can order the upgrade to Release 4 from BeDepot.com.
