C++ in Metrowerks CodeWarrior running native under the BeOS for the PowerPC release and C++ with a BeOS-native gcc for the Intel release.

The BeOS ships with the full developer tools for each platform. The PowerPC release includes the unlimited tools from Metrowerks, and the Intel release includes the gnupro version of gcc.
