Description:
Since Chuck Sanders kindly included the source for MiniPulse, I hacked it to use Jon Watte's libprefs to remember where you put it on-screen. You'll have to get libprefs from BeWare, ftp.be.com, or http://www.zilker.net/~hplus/. Once again, full source is included, and there's a TODO in there suggesting the next feature that'd be really handy...
