IE Favorite Launcher 	v.006
Launches Microsoft IE(4) favorites in Net+.

7 modes of operation:
- Launch				// coexisting peacefully in a dual-boot environment
- Convert				
- Convert, Launch		
- Copy, Convert		
- Copy, Convert, Launch
- Move, Convert	
- Move, Convert, Launch 

Set the 'Target Path' to decide where the new file(s) end up in a copy or move.
Net+'s  bookmarks folder is the default target.
