Description:
At the dawn of time there was rn, the USENET news reader. Back in those days, there was a lot less news, and a tiny fraction of the current number of newsgroups (over 26,000 now). It was a simpler time of innocence (well, except in alt.binaries.pictures.*)... trn is a hacked-up and improved version of rn, presenting your news articles in threads, which makes it easier to follow a conversation. trn 4 is the latest incarnation, and handles multipart postings, encoded (base64 or uuencoded) files, etc. quite well. At least two people have verified that this port works, but I make no promises. :-) Unpack the appropriate PowerPC or x86 archive into the root of your boot driver: unzip trn4-test67.zip -d /boot and then read the trn4.README file for configuration details.
