Description:
It scrolls the news items from bottom to top on the screen, highlighting (and zooming) the middle one. Also showing the date and the source. It can be freely configurable via perl scripts which filter webpages for news (maybe plugin-support later). It also has proxy support and you can filter the news items by age. By clicking on an item the webbrowser will open the corresponding page. IMPORTANT: you need PERL to run this program! currently supported news services: * Heise Newsticker * ZDNet News * BeOS Central * deBUG * BeNews CHANGES: * fixed bugs + scripts
