Description:

Having multiple Internet connections can be a pain in BeOS, especially
when you wish to log onto a different network to the one that is
currently configured. BeOnline makes the task of changing the active
network much easier. Place an icon for each network on your desktop
and you can then simply double-click it to change the network.

The PPP network in BeOS requires you to press OK or Enter when you are
dialing out, it also asks you to confirm the username and password.
BeOnline automates this process so you don't need to press either of
them. You don't need to have multiple network configurations for this
feature to work or be useful.

BeOnline also provides the facility to automatically dial out when the
network is restarted. This feature along with the Automatic Login
feature makes dialling into a PPP network almost hands-free.

BeOnline version 0.9.3 adds the facility to launch programs on
successful connection to a PPP network. The User Interface has also
been overhauled.

BeOnline version 0.9.3a fixes a bug in the Install script that stops
it from installing correctly if there are no network backups.
