Description:

BeNet is a phone over IP application. It allows two users or more to
have a discussion over a TCP network. There are two ways users can
connect. First, using the other user's IP address. Second, using an
address server (included with BeNet) who keeps track of all online
users (like ICQ).

Version 1.0 beta:
- Discussion is only available between two users
- For the moment, the address server is in Java, so either wait for
the BeOS JVM to come out, or run it on a Java compatible platform.
- The audio codec used is g.723
