Release Notes:

Version 0.41 incorporates some more ICQ-like interface features.  Also, the 
Contact List window is not initially visible.  Upon launching BeCQ, all things 
begin with the DeskBar icon.

Still a few known bugs.  Hopefully a new version will be out within a week with 
great improvements to the messaging system


General Information:

BeCQ is open source and should work on all BeOS platforms.  Simply 
download the source and 'make' it.  We will post other binaries as 
they are sent to us. 

This provides the basic functionality of ICQ communications.  It does 
not, however, provide ICQ signup facilities.  If you do not have an 
ICQ account, you must sign up from another OS.
