Description:
A little command line program that rotates a bitmap image by a specified number of degrees. It currently only inputs and outputs 24-bit RGB Windows format bitmaps, but a version that uses the Traslation Kit is in the works. A multi- threaded version is also planned, as is an all out GUI application. The full source is available from the Web site linked above.
