No serious OS can survive without a good Pacman(tm) clone. 
BePac Deluxe is the first DAPPSoft product for the BeOS: it is a port 
of the most popular Pacman(tm) clone on the MacOS ever -- with full 
bells and whistles. 
 
Wonderful animation (3D rendered sprites), tons of levels (over 500), 
great sound effects and incredible musics make this programme a 
must-have for all BeOS users. 

The current version *requires* BeOS R3. If you still have PR2, you can 
download the previous version from DAPPSoft's Web site. 
The Intel version is now available!
Version 1.1 is the *last* version to support BeOS R3. Future versions
will *require* BeOS R4, and should be available in early 1999.

Release 1.1 features: 

[both ppc and x86] 
* added graphics for big workspaces: if the user launches 
the game from a 1028x768 or bigger workspace, the game 
will display an 800x600 window with the new graphics. 

* added support for S3M and XM music formats. Please note that 
MADH files, while supported in the ppc version, will not be 
recognized correctly under x86. 

* it is now possible to shuttle the current music by clicking 
in the status bar. 

* to start a new game, you can hit Space or Return 
on your keyboard.
