Jam/MR is a make(1) replacement that makes building simple things
simple and building complicated things manageable. 
 
This package includes executables for BeOS R3 x86 and R4b2 PPC, README 
and RELNOTES, HTML documentation, and a diff file of the changes to 
the standard Makefile required to build Jam/MR on BeOS.  PPC users can 
obtain the Jam/MR source distribution from Perforce and build it quite 
simply. 
 
Jam/MR is a product of Perforce Software, which also offers Perforce -

The Jambase for x86 R4 has been modified to support the GNU dev tools. 
If you experience any problems, see the documentation on Jambase and
