Description:
Icon2res is a simple commandline tool for dumping icon attributes from a file into a mwbres resource-file. It will scan through the inputfile's attributes for data of type 'ICON' or 'MICN' , convert it into mwbres-style resource data and output it into the output file. With a little tweaking it'll also convert any attribute type, not only icons.
