Be Installed is an installer and uninstaller which can electronically 
register applications through e-mail and will place files (if needed) 
in a directory different from the user-chosen application directory. 
When the software is uninstalled it will uninstall those files along 
with the rest of the files.

Note: This is the BETA release.
