This is just a port of a straight C, Posix app by Robert Alto.  It 
was released by Robert as a GPL application, and I've ported it to 
BeOS. It runs from the command line only, and allows you to 
create/edit id3 tags on all your MP3 files. The included binary is R4 
intel only, but it should compile for any Be platform or version.
