Description:
Tracker add-on (and it's also a stand-alone app) with full source for changing the POSIX file/directory mode bits; make those files read-only, executable, etc. PowerPC and x86 executables in the same archive for your downloading pleasure. You could think of this as being similar to the "Properties" dialog in a common operating system's file manager.
