Description:
SJ2U is a simple Tracker add-on to convert Shift-JIS encoded Japanese text files to UTF-8 encoded. You can select a number of files at a time to feed them to this add-on, and it converts each of them successively. You can not select folders to recursively convert its contents. The program does not look inside folders at all.
