This is BeOS port of Portable Windows Library, used in develolpment of voxilla, 
MPL based h.323 project, http://www.openh323.org and BeVox, VideoPhone for 
BeOS, http://netvideo.xcarrier.net. Platforms it could be used: BeOS, Linux, 
MkLinux, Solaris, FreeBSD, HP-UX, Windows 9x/NT.

Classes featured: argument lists, .ini style config files, generic containers, 
collections, sorted string lists, string arrays, ordinal keys, dictionaries, 
channels - pipe abstractions, files, text serialisers, binary serialisers, 
regular expressions, strings, system logs, db like structured files, time 
intervals, semaphores, mutexes using benaphores, readwrite and conditional 
mutexes, processes, threads - native BeOS threads, variety of sockets, sounds, 
BeOS port though extensive use of native fast API. Future versions will employ 
the Media kit in full. Windows code and previous BeOS one is located on 
openh323 site.
